Writer Service Agreement for WeWritePros.com
This Writer Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding agreement between WeWritePros ("Company") and any writer ("Writer") who registers, accepts assignments, or performs services on WeWritePros.com. By registering as a writer on the Company’s platform, the Writer agrees to be legally bound by the terms and conditions specified in this agreement.
1. Scope of Services
The Writer agrees to provide content writing services as requested by the Company, which may include but are not limited to articles, blog posts, essays, research papers, technical writing, or any other form of written content. The Writer is expected to deliver original, high-quality, and plagiarism-free content that adheres to the specifications outlined for each project.
2. Independent Contractor Relationship
The Writer acknowledges that they are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or representative of the Company. As such, the Writer is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and other legal obligations associated with self-employment.
3. Registration and Profile Management
To provide services on the platform, the Writer must register on the Company’s website and complete the necessary profile information, including qualifications and work samples. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion.

5. Ownership of Work
Upon payment and approval of the work, all rights, ownership, and intellectual property related to the content will be transferred to the Company or its clients. The Writer agrees that they will not use, publish, or distribute the submitted content without explicit permission from the Company.
6. Quality Standards and Revisions
The Writer agrees to follow the instructions and requirements outlined in each project. The Company may request revisions if the content does not meet the specified quality or requirements. Revisions should be delivered promptly without additional charges unless otherwise agreed.
7. Deadlines
The Writer must adhere to deadlines specified for each project. If an extension is needed, the Writer must notify the Company in advance. Repeated delays or failure to meet deadlines may result in account suspension or termination.
8. Confidentiality
The Writer agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding the Company’s operations, client information, project details, and any proprietary data shared during their engagement. The Writer shall not disclose or misuse any confidential information.
9. Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation
The Writer agrees not to contact or solicit any of the Company’s clients for personal work or assignments outside the platform for a period of [12] months after termination of this Agreement without prior written consent from the Company.

The Writer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any losses, claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their work, including but not limited to breaches of confidentiality, intellectual property violations, or substandard content.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of [State/Country].
13. Amendments and Changes
The Company reserves the right to modify or amend this agreement. Writers will be notified of any changes through the website or email. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hiiu County (Hiiumaa)/Estonia.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a writer on WeWritePros.com, the Writer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. This Agreement becomes effective upon registration and remains in effect until terminated by either party in accordance with the terms herein.
